Manx Heads partners and employees work on the basis of fundamental ethical values and clear principles. Building trust by upholding these principles is essential to us when dealing with our clients, candidates and employees.

CONFIDENTIALITY & DISCRETION

We enjoy and protect the trust of our clients. We ensure discretion, integrity, loyalty, objectivity, thoroughness and systematics, and we continuously strive for long-term excellent results.
We undertake to treat all internal information received as part of the order as strictly confidential even after it has been completed.

ADVISORY SERVICE


We only take on jobs that we are confident will be successful and for which we can provide the necessary skills, knowledge and resources. The project management is always in the hands of a single partner, who serves as a contact for the client and also assumes responsibility for the implementation of the mandate. Before accepting an order, we inform our clients about potential conflicts of interest and about possible restrictions from other customer relationships. We inform our clients regularly about the progress of the project.

CONTRACTS & FEES

The consulting service is clearly defined according to the type, the temporal and qualitative scope, as well as the expected result, and the amount of the fee is clearly and, above all, transparently determined on the basis of a fair fee model. We do not accept any fees from candidates in connection with personnel search assignments.

DEALING WITH CLIENTS AND CLIENTS


Each of our partners is responsible for their own decisions and actions, based on the strategy and values of our company. We offer our clients the highest level of commitment and passion for the task and the highest quality of service as a result. We do not address employees of our current clients as candidates for other positions. We only name clients as a reference if we have previously received their express written consent. When dealing with candidates, we observe special duties of care. In particular, we only obtain references from the current employer if the candidate has expressly consented to this. The same applies to the transfer of candidate documents to third parties. Throughout the entire process, we stand by our clients and candidates in an advisory capacity – a cornerstone of our way of working.
