All consultants in our team have managed or controlled market-leading companies or innovative service providers, administrations and start-ups in their CVs.

We are entrepreneurs, freelancers and managing directors integrated into our industry networks - worldwide but always with regional roots.

Our operational teams are tailored to the respective challenges, as experienced consultants, project managers, coaches and above all as result-oriented implementers.


We understand processes only as a basis for sustainable decisions and implementation. Ultimately, sound knowledge, experience and empathy in combination with the latest scientific applications are decisive.

THOMAS PFÜTZENREUTER
Managing Partners

Thomas Pfützenreuter began his international education and professional career at 3M Germany. He then held various management and board positions at international companies: Rockwool, Hepworth, Rigips, Saint Gobain and AkzoNobel. Most recently, he was CEO of Air Liquide Deutschland GmbH and Vice President Public Affairs of Air Liquide Europe Headquarters.


As an independent entrepreneur and investor, he has invested in a number of companies and start-ups in recent years. As a "hands-on" entrepreneur, he founded four start-ups himself. He is currently taking over a majority stake in a small, medium-sized company, successfully restructuring it and making it profitable and sustainable.

MARCO BENSEN

Managing Partner Hospitality Industry

Marco Bensen has held management positions in well-known international hotel companies such as InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, Kempinski Hotels & Resorts, NH Hotels, Dorint and Meliá Hotels International for over 25 years. As hotel director/general manager and regional director/area general manager, he was responsible for the strategic and operational management of several hotels. In addition, Marco was board member and chairman of the corresponding DEHOGA (German Hotel and Restaurant Association) regional associations, as well as chairman of the 'Dutch Association Dresden' and member of the board of trustees of the SRH Academy in Dresden.


In addition to all these practical experiences, Marco has deepened his knowledge and understanding with a master's degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Brighton.

As a proven specialist in the "hotel, gastronomy and tourism" sector, he will represent Manx Heads' competence in the "hospitality" sector.

In the hotel industry in particular, financial results are highly linked to the quality of leadership and the motivation of employees.

As a consultant and especially as a trained coach and leadership expert, Marco is convinced that leadership and culture - uncompromisingly geared towards the guest - make the difference whether a service company is successful in the long term
