COMPANIES IN CRISIS -BOSSES IN RESPONSIBILITY

18.04.2020

The crisis destroys sales, sales markets, cost structures - it endangers the existence of companies, jobs and human existence. This crisis, like any other crisis, threatens our social security and changes our interpersonal behavior.

For every hazard, for every reaction and countermeasure, you need a special kind of manager in times of crisis: specialists who keep money together, raise the necessary capital, reduce costs, optimize processes or restructure or even liquidate companies - if necessary. These are inevitable measures to save the whole thing.

HEADHUNTING FOR PRIVATE EQUITY PORTFOLIO COMPANIES

07.02.2020

The new challenge

Almost all executive and supervisory boards of group companies write in their public agenda that HR quality and succession planning is their top priority. There is hardly a homepage or a vision/value statement that does not focus on the importance of the employees.

“Even executives have a seismic sense of what is expected of them. They will therefore always behave in the way that is expected of them."

“You can't see the culture of collaboration in a company, but everyone can feel its impact. It influences every decision and action and thus of course the profit and loss account.”

THE BUSSWORD CORPORATE CULTURE

01.07.2019

The word "culture" interprets many different meanings for the corporate world. But, too often it's just a misunderstood buzzword that companies easily throw around in self-centered talk-show speeches while not directly addressing the corporate culture head-on.

The mindset of "lip service culture" is generally maintained, as many companies do not recognize "culture" as a significant revenue and profit generating platform. Such mindset not only stifles employee engagement but also destroys top and bottom line growth.
